Downloads, Licenses And Everything In Between
FAQs
How do I get my files after I buy?
Your resources are released the moment your payment clears. You will get a confirmation email with a download link for every item in your order, and the same links appear on the order confirmation page in your browser. There is no waiting and no shipping step at checkout, so please make sure your email address is typed correctly before you pay.
What format are the resources in?
Everything is a PDF. They open on any computer, tablet or phone with a standard PDF reader, and they are built to print cleanly in black and white as well as color, so you are not forced into the color printer queue. Larger mega bundles arrive as a single download, which is easier to handle on a desktop than on a phone.
Can I download a resource again later?
Yes, and you should never have to buy the same file twice. Create an account at checkout and every purchase is stored there permanently, so you can sign in and re-download a resource next term or next year. If you checked out as a guest and have lost the email, write to us with your order number and we will send the files straight to you.
Can I share a resource with other teachers in my school?
Each purchase comes with a single-classroom license: one teacher, used with that teacher's own students, with no expiry date. You can print as many copies as your own class needs and share the file with those students through a secure platform such as Google Classroom. Passing the file to colleagues, uploading it to a shared drive or posting it publicly is not covered, so if several teachers need it please contact us about multiple licenses.
Do you offer refunds on digital files?
Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, all sales are final as a rule. That said, we will always put it right when the problem is ours: a corrupted or incomplete file, a duplicate charge, or a resource that does not match what the product page described all qualify for a fix or a full refund. Email us within 30 days with your order number and we will sort it.
What grade levels are these written for?
Most resources are aimed at roughly grades 1 to 6, and every product page states its own grade range so you can check before you buy. Because the passages are written Hi-Lo, high interest at an accessible reading level, they also work well with older students who read below their grade and need material that does not feel babyish.
What does Hi-Lo actually mean?
Hi-Lo is short for high interest, low readability. It means the topic is gripping enough for the student's real age, pharaohs, pirates, dinosaurs or polar animals, while the sentence length and vocabulary sit at a level they can read without help. That combination is what lets a struggling reader finish a page on their own rather than shutting down halfway through.
How quickly will you reply to an email?
We aim to answer every teacher within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday. If your files have not arrived, check your spam folder and your account order history first, as that solves most delivery questions in under a minute. Anything we cannot fix by email, we will replace or refund.
