Every resource sold by Junior's Journey Resources is a digital download. There is nothing to post and nothing to wait for, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery times to plan around.
How Your Files Are Delivered
The moment your payment is confirmed, your files are released. You will receive a confirmation email with a download link for every item in your order, and the same links appear on the order confirmation page in your browser. Downloads usually arrive within a minute or two.
Checkout Has No Shipping Step
Because our products are digital, checkout will not ask you for a delivery address and will never add a shipping charge. You only need a valid email address, so please double-check it before you pay. A mistyped address is the most common reason a download does not arrive.
Downloading Your Resources Again
Create an account at checkout and every purchase is stored there permanently. Sign in at any time to re-download a file, whether you need it the following week or the following school year. You do not need to buy a resource twice.
If Your Download Does Not Arrive
Check your spam and promotions folders first, as automated emails sometimes land there. Next, sign in to your account and look at your order history. If the files are still missing, or a link will not open, email us and we will send them to you directly.
File Size And Devices
Our resources are PDF files and open on any computer, tablet or phone with a standard PDF reader. Larger mega bundles can take longer to download on a slow connection, so we recommend downloading those on a desktop rather than a phone.
